Directions

Sear - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and break up 1 lb ground meat until browned. Stir in ½ cup milk and 4 tbsp butter until melted and combined. Simmer - Add 1 jar of Carbone Bolognese Sauce. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve - Taste and adjust seasoning. Toss with 1 lb cooked pasta and finish with 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Refrigerate after opening.
