Directions
Do not defrost. If any tortellini are frozen together, do not separate. They will usually separate during cooking. For best results, use stove-top instructions. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. Stove-Top Cooking: Boil 4 quarts of water (Option: Add 1 tablespoon oil to prevent sticking). Add tortellini to boiling water. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain and serve. Microwave Cooking: Mix 1/2 cup of your favorite sauce with a 1/4 cup of water. Place 1 cup of tortellini in a microwavable dish, add sauce and cover. Heat on high power (100%) for 4-5 minutes, stirring halfway. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. Remove oven carefully as steam is hot (Note: Microwave ovens may vary; adjust cooking times accordingly). Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees F. Keep frozen. Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze.
