Cooking Instructions: Food safety, follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to a temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Since cooking appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Needs to be fully cooked. Stove Top: For bees results, cook from frozen. Bring 1/2 cup water to a rapid/rolling boil in a saucepan. Add desired amount of frozen vegetables. Cover reduced heat to medium, and heat gently for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain and stir prior to serving. Microwave: Directions were developed for 1100 watts and higher microwave ovens. Cooking in microwave oven below 1100 watts will require additional time to reach proper temperature. For best results, cook from frozen. Place desired amount of vegetables in a microwave-safe container. Add 2 tablespoons water and cover. Cook on high full (100%) power for 6-7 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Drain if necessary and stir prior to serving. Perishable. Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly.
