Beef, Water, Soy Protein Concentrate, Breadcrumbs (Unbleached Wheat Flour, Salt, Yeast), Seasoning Blend (Salt, Dehydrated Onion and Garlic, Spice), Impastata Ricotta Cheese (Whole Milk, Cream, Vinegar, Salt), Parsley, Egg Whites, Ground Celery Seeds, Romano Cheese (Pasteurized Sheep's Milk, Salt, Rennet), Soy Lecithin.

Directions
Heating Instructions: Meatballs must reach an internal temperature of 165 degree Fahrenheit. Microwave oven: place frozen meatballs in a microwave-safe dish with lid. Microwave on high for 2 minutes per 24 meatballs. Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 375 degree Fahrenheit. Place meatballs in an oven-safe baking dish. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 5 minutes. Stove top: Preheat your favorite Talluto's sauce to a simmer. Add frozen meatballs and cover. Reduce heat to low. Heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Keep frozen.
