This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep frozen. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cook frozen. The Nutrition Facts are for the product as consumed, one cooked portion, and are based upon the following cooking instructions: Place frozen steak on 350 degrees F grill or frying pan on medium heat for 45 seconds on one side, and about 15-20 seconds on the other side. Cooking Instructions: For preparing more than one serving at a time, try this method: Take each frozen steak and break into about seven pieces. Place pieces in lightly greased frying pan at a medium-high heat (about 350 degrees F). While cooking, continue to turn and stir until pieces turn a golden brown. Do not overcook. To prepare in a traditional manner: Do not break steaks into pieces. Cook until they begin to brown through (about 45 seconds). Turn over with a spatula and cook for another 15 seconds. Take care not to overcook. Philly Cheese Steak - Cook steak for about 45 seconds on one side, about 15 seconds on the other. Melt mild American cheese over the steak and place in a steak roll. Add onions and peppers. Philly Cheese Steak Pizza - Combine diced onions, diced green peppers and thinly sliced mushrooms in a frypan, break steaks into pan and heat, tossing until meat is no longer red. Do not overcook. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce (optional) on a pizza crust. Spread meat mixture over the pizza and top with pizza cheese. Bake according to pizza crust directions. Steak'n Eggs - For a delicious treat, serve with your favorite style eggs or, for a change of pace, place a fried egg on the steak slices and serve on a toasted English muffin. Steak Wrap or Steak Pita - Combine grilled steak slices with lettuce, tomato, onions and cheese. Wrap in a tortilla shell or fold in a pita pocket for a delicious sandwich. Keep frozen.
