Preparation: The Crab House Crab Cakes contained in this package are ready to cook and should be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Depending on the number of portions prepared and temperature variances, heating times may need adjustment. Remove product from packaging. Avoid overcooking or undercooking, cook to a light golden brown. Note: When preparing our crab cakes, we hand-inspect all crab meat to remove particles of shell. Despite our close inspection, small particles may occasionally be missed, and it may be possible to find some pieces of shell. Suggested Cooking Instructions - Saute: Cook in 2 tbsp. of oil on medium-low heat. Turn the crab cakes over once during cooking. From thawed: for 4 minutes. Cooking from frozen is not recommended. Bake: Preheat oven. Spray or coat pan with oil. Place crab cakes on pan and place pan on the middle rack of oven. Turn the crab cakes over once during cooking. From thawed: 350 degrees F for 13 - 15 minutes. From frozen: 375 degrees F for 20 - 22 minutes. Air Fry: Spray basket with oil, brush the cakes lightly with melted butter and place the cakes in the basket. Set air fryer at 330 degrees F. Cooking from thawed is not recommended. From frozen: for 15 minutes. If thawing, thaw under refrigeration or in microwave for 2 minutes on high. Caution: Product will be hot. Keep frozen. Keep frozen at 0 degrees F (-18 degrees C).
