Tilapia Fillets, Carbon Monoxide (to Enhance Color).

Directions

Thawing Instructions: Remove fillets from vacuum wrap, place on plate and cover with plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator for 8-10 hours before use. For quick thaw place vacuum packed fillets under cold running water until thawed. Proceed with desired cooking method. Once thawed - Do not re-freeze. Cooking Instructions: Bake Preheat oven to 400 F. Place fillets in lightly- oiled shallow baking dish. Brush with melted butter or oil and season to taste. Bake 8-10 minutes at 400 F, depending on thickness of fillet. Pan Fry: Dip thawed fillets in a seasoned flour. Fry in 2 tablespoons of oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides, about 1-3 minutes on each side. Fish must be cooked thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees F 63 degrees C) before consumption. Keep frozen. Do not refreeze.
