Thawing Instructions: Remove fillets from vacuum wrap, place on plate and cover with plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator For 8-10 hours before use. For quick thaw - place vacuum packed fillets under cold running water until thawed. Proceed with desired cooking method. Once thawed - do not re-freeze. Cooking Instructions: Pan fry heat oil to 350 f. If desired, season flour or cornmeal with your favorite herbs, spice, salt And pepper. Dredge fish in flour or cornmeal, and fry until brown about 1-3 minutes per side. Remove from pan and serve. Bake preheat oven to 400 f. Place fillets in a Lightly-oiled shallow baking dish. Brush with Melted butter or oil and season to taste. Bake 20 Minutes at 400 f, depending on thickness. Grill preheat grill. Place thawed salmon fillets in Seafood basket and cook on medium heat for 8-10 Minutes, truning at least once. Fish should flake With fork when done Fish must be cooked thoroughly to a Minimum internal temperature of 145 Degrees f (63 Degrees c) before consumption.
