Heating Instructions: Microwave - 1100 Watt (Microwave oven power varies, adjust time as needed): 1. Puncture inner pouch. 2. Heat for 3 minutes (or until heated thoroughly). 3. Let stand 1 minute, stir & serve. Oven - Do Not Put Black Tray in Oven: 1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Empty product onto oven-safe pan. 3. Cover with foil. 4. Heat 15 minutes (or until heated thoroughly). 5. Let stand 1 minute, stir & serve. Defrost - if frozen: 1. Remove product from outer packaging. 2. Puncture inner pouch and defrost in microwave. 3.
