Grilled Octopus: Defrost the Octopus and place it in a pan covered in water, add 1/2 of wine or vinegar with 3 cloves of garlic and boil 25 minutes. Drain and cool Octopus then toss in 1/4 cup of Olive Oil Salt and Pepper to taste. Grill on high 5 minutes per side charring legs, cut up drizzle with oil and vinegar serve with lemons. Prepare in your favorite Seafood Recipes. Keep frozen, thaw under refrigeration before use, do not refreeze. Keep frozen until use.
