Cooking Instructions: Appliance vary. Cooking times appropriate. Oven: 1. Remove outer packaging before cooking. 2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 3. Place pork filet in shallow roasting pan (If cooking 2 filets space 2-3 inches apart and cook covered for 30 minutes then uncovered for additional 10 minutes). 4. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. 5. Uncover and bake for additional 10 minutes until filet reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (thickest part) or juices run clear. 6. Remove from oven/pan and let rest for 3 minutes before slicing. Loin fillets taste great in the oven! Keep refrigerated.
