Keep frozen. Cooking Instructions: Glenmark Steak Eater's Burgers are at their best when cooked directly from the freezer. Outdoor Grill: For Medium: Preheat grill to 350 degrees F or until charcoal briquets turn white hot, grill frozen burger 2-1/2 minutes. Turn burger and cook for 2 more minutes or until 160 degrees F internal temperature. Season with salt, pepper or garlic to taste. Frying Pan: For Medium: Preheat fry pan over medium-high heat; place frozen burger in uncovered pan; fry burger 2-1/2 minutes or until surface juices appear. Turn and fry 2 minutes or until 160 degrees F internal temperature. Season with salt, pepper or garlic to taste. Note: Using a covered fry pan may reduce cook time. Broiler: For medium, preheat broiler; broil frozen burger for 4-1/2 minutes. If desired, turn burger at 2-1/2 minutes for even browning or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
