Cook until fish fakes easily when tested with a fork and internal cook temp aches 145 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Cook times will vary according to thickness of the fish. Cook from Thawed: Saute: 2-3 minutes per side, turning once. Grill or Broil: 2-3 minutes per side, turning once. Bake: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F for 6-8 minutes, turning once. Cook from Frozen: Saute: 3-5 minutes per side, turning once. Grill or Broil: 3-5 minutes per side, turning once. Bake: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F for 9-11 minutes, turning once.
