Cooking Instructions: Boil 4 quarts of water. Add 2 tbsp. salt, never oil. Stir in pasta and cover pot to bring water back to a boil. Remove lid once boiling and stir to prevent sticking. Cook for approximately 6 min. Continually check pasta for al dente texture. Reserve 1-2 cups of starchy pasta water to enhance sauces. Drain pasta and toss with desired sauce in saucepan. Cook together for about 2 min. on high heat to marry flavors. We recommend (per person): 2 nests as a meal. 1 nest as a side.
