Heating Instructions: Oven: 350 degrees F (Preheat). 30 minutes. 1. Remove all packaging, discard black tray. 2. Empty product into oven safe pan. 3. Cover with foil. 4. Place in oven for 30 minutes. 5. Remove foil, let stand 1 minute. Stir and serve. Caution hot. Microwave: 3 minutes to 4 minutes. 1. Puncture inner pouch. 2. Heat for 3 minutes to 4 minutes. 3. Until heated thoroughly. 4. 1100W oven - appliances vary. 5. Remove, let stand 1 minute. Stir and serve. Caution hot.
