Thawing: Place Tilapia Fillets in the refrigerator for 24 hours prior to cooking or for quick thaw remove fillets from bag and place under cold running water until completely thawed, approximately 2 minutes. Remove from packaging before cooking. Grilling: Place thawed Tilapia Fillets in a seafood basket and cook on Medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, turning at least once. Fish should flake with fork when done. Broiling: Place thawed Tilapia Fillets on a unheated, greased broiler pan. Place broiler pan approximately 4 inches from the broiler and cook for approximately 4 to 5 minutes. Fish should flake with fork when done. Baking: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Cook thawed Tilapia Fillets for 8 to 10 minutes turning once. Fish should flake with fork when done. Microwave: Place thawed Tilapia Fillets in a microwave safe dish. Cover and microwave on High for 3 to 4 minutes. Fish should flake with fork when done. Let stand for one minute before serving.
