Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: 1 - Frozen: Pull Gary's QuickSteak from freezer (cooks directly from frozen). 2 - Sizzle: Pre-heat skillet or pan medium/high. Place Gary's QuickSteak frozen portion(s) in pan/skillet. Add Wow! Seasoning to Taste (optional but recommended). Sizzle: 30. 3 - Flip: After 30 seconds, flip Gary's QuickSteak with spatula to other side. As steak begins to brown, separate slices with spatula. Flip: 31. 4 - Savor: Cook until product has reached internal temp of 165 degrees Fahrenheit (be careful not to over-cook). Savor: 2:30. Keep frozen. Easy open package.
