Directions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not thaw. Remove all packaging before cooking. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees f. Do not re-freeze. Microwaving not recommended. Ready-to-cook. Deep frying (recommended: Preheat oil to 350 degrees f. Place frozen oysters in fry basket and separate to prevent sticking. Fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crunchy. Caution: ice crystals on the product may cause splattering. Conventional oven: Move oven rack to middle of the oven and preheat to 450 degrees f. Place frozen oysters on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each oyster. Bake for 8 minutes, turn product and bake for an additional 8 to 9 minutes. Turn product and cook for an additional 2 minutes or until crunchy. Let set for 2 minutes prior to serving. Keep frozen. Do not refreeze.
