Spread desired quantity of frozen potatoes evenly across an 11 in x 17 in baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 3. Bake according to the chart below; turning potatoes oven halfway through the baking time. Full Baking Sheet: 18-22 Minutes. Half Baking Sheet: 15-19 Minutes. Convection Oven: 1. Preheat convection oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Spread desired quantity of frozen potatoes evenly across an 11 inch x 17 inch baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 3. Bake according to the chart below; turning potatoes over halfway through the baking time. Full Baking Sheet: 14-18 Minutes. Half Baking Sheet: 12-16 Minutes. Air Fryer: 1. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F. 2. Fill air fryer basket no more than half full of frozen potatoes. 3. Cook for 12-16 minutes; slide out basket and shake halfway through cooking time. For Food Safety: Product must be cooked thoroughly before eating. Keep frozen - do not thaw. Read and follow the cooking instructions as product must reach a minimum of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) internal temperature as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Keep frozen.
