Microwave Oven (for a 1200W microwave): Slit film to vent. Cook on high for 2 minutes 30 seconds, remove film, stir and recover, cook on high an additional 1 minute. Let stand for 1 minute. Enjoy! Conventional Oven: Do not place this bowl in the oven. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove product form provided container. Transfer to an oven-safe shallow bowl (do not cover) and place bowl in oven on center rack. Cook for 25 minutes, remove from oven and thoroughly stir, return to oven and cook for an additional 20 minutes (45 minutes total cook time). Carefully remove the dish & let cool for 2 minutes.
