Microwave in Bag Directions: 1. Open bag and remove desired amount of French Beans. 2. Place French Beans in a microwave safe bowl; add a small amount of water to bottom of the bowl; cover. 3. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, until vegetables have reached a minimum internal temperature of 165°F and desired tenderness. For softer texture, add up to 1 minute. Let sit for 1 minute Caution: Product and dish may be hot. 4. Open bag, pour contents into serving dish and enjoy Because microwaves vary, cook times are approximate. Serving Suggestion: Steam French Beans and add to sautéed onions. Season with cumin, crushed peanuts and red chili powder for a peanut-curried side dish. Blanch French Beans for 3-5 minutes, cool in ice bath and pat dry. Chop'into small pieces and toss with roasted corn kernels, tomatoes and small apple chunks for a fresh salad. Create small bunches of French Beans (4-5 beans), wrap in Pancetta, drizzle with olive oil and roast until crispy. Perishable. Keep refrigerated.
