Storage & Prep: Keep frozen and use by best-by date. Do not thaw. Cook from frozen. Cook Method: Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place frozen tenders on a baking sheet with wired rack and bake tenders for 8 minutes total, flipping halfway through. Air Fryer: Place frozen tenders on the air fryer tray and close fryer. No preheating needed. Heat at 360 degrees F for 5 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Microwave: Arrange frozen tenders on a microwave safe plate. Heat on high for 1 to 1-1/4 minutes per serving. Let stand for 1-2 minutes before serving. Cook times and temperature may vary. Not Recommended: Boiling. Perishable: Keep frozen.
