Ingredients: 8oz Pero Family Farms Organic Cauliflower Florets 1-1/2 tbsp. Sundried tomatoes, julienned. 1 tbsp. Lemon juice. 1/2 tbsp butter. 1/2 tbsp garlic minced. 1/2 tbsp quinoa toasted. Salt and pepper, to taste fresh parsley, for garnish. How to Make it: Cook the Cauliflower to desired texture using microwave directions. Heat a medium saute pan to medium high temperature and add the quinoa. Toast the quinoa for one minute. Next, add the Cauliflower, butter, sundried tomatoes, garlic, and lemon juice to the pan. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Add salt and pepper, to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately, and enjoy! Microwave Directions: Pierce this bag with a fork. Place bag on a microwave safe dish. Microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove dish from the microwave. let it stand for 1 to 3 minutes. Open bag carefully; it will be hot and the package will steam Serve immediately and enjoy! Microwave ovens vary in power and king times may vary and be outside these ranges. Stove Top Directions? Take the cauliflower florets out of the bag and place the contents inside a preheated steamer. Cook the cauliflower for 10 minutes or until desired texture is achieved.
