Microwave: Microwave: Directions were developed for 1100 watt and higher microwave ovens. Cooking in microwave ovens below 1100 watt will require additional time to reach proper temperature. For best results, cook from frozen. Do not pierce, puncture or open the bag before cooking. Gently massage the package to separate and equally distribute the product before placing in microwave. Place unopened bag in microwave, with the directions and pick up here indicators facing up. Cook on high for 4-1/2-5 minutes. During cooking, bag will expand slowly until tight. When a slight whistling sound from the steam may be heard. Remove bag from microwave by handling at the corners and allow to stand for 1 minutes. Carefully, Cut open bag and pour vegetables from bag in serving dish; season to taste. Stove Top Cooking: In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine 8 oz of riced cauliflower and 1/4 cup water. Bring to boil; reduce heat and cover.
