Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Appliances vary. Cooking times approximate. Slow Cooker: 1. Remove outer packaging before cooking. 2. Place roast in slow cooker, add 1 cup of water and set temperature to low. 3. Place lid on and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until an internal temperature of 200°F has been reached. 4. Remove from slow cooker for 5 minutes before slicing or shredding (Tip - use two forks and pull roast apart and create shred). Keep refrigerated.
