Directions
Louisiana fish fry oven baked fish delivers crunchy, full-flavor straight from the oven. Cooking Directions: 1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F. Place a baking rack on top of a metal baking sheet lightly spray with cooking spray. 2. Moisten fish thoroughly with beaten egg. 3. Firmly press fish into the seasoned coating mix until completely coated. 4. Place coated fish onto the baking rack and place into the preheated oven. Bake until golden brown and internal temperature is 145 degrees F. Enjoy! Coats up to 4 lbs. of fish.
