Thawing Instructions: Remove fillets from vacuum wrap, place on plate and cover with plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator for 8-10 hours before use. For quick thaw - place vacuum packed fillets under cold running water until thawed. Proceed with desired cooking method. Once thawed - do not re-freeze. Cooking Instructions: Bake preheat oven to 425 F. Place fillets in a lightly-oiled shallow baking dish. Season with salt, pepper, and butter or margarine. Bake 6-10 minutes per inch thickness of fillet or until it is opaque throughout. Deep Fry: Heat oil to 350 F. Coat fish with flour or cornmeal. Fry 1-3 minutes a side, or until golden brown. Remove and serve hot. Broil: Preheat broiler. If desired, season fish with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. It is not necessary to add butter or margarine. Place pan containing fish 4-5 inches from heat and broil 6-12 minutes per inch thickness of fillet. Fish must be cooked thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees F) before consumption. Keep frozen. Do not refreeze.
