Grilled Octopus: 1/2 cup Extra virgin Olive Oil. Juice from 2 lemons. 4 tbsp Red wine vinegar. 1/4 tsp Oregano. Brush octopus with olive oil, grill, broil or sautee 3-5 minutes until heated thru. Wisk oil, vinegar, lemon juice meanwhile cut Octopus into 3/4 to 1 inch pieces on diagonal. Pour mixture over octopus, sprinkle with oregano, serve. Prepare in your favorite Seafood Recipes. Keep frozen until use. Keep frozen, thaw under refrigeration before use, do not refreeze.
