Heating instructions: Appliances vary. Cooking times approximate. Microwave: (1) Remove wrap and place on microwave-safe dish. (2) Cover with lid or plastic wrap (pierce to vent). (3) Set microwave on med-hi power for 2 - 2-1/2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, 140 degrees F. Grill: (1) Remove wrap. (2) Place ham steak on the grill for 2-1/2 minutes on medium high flame. (3) Turn for an additional 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, 140 degrees F. Skillet: (1) Remove wrap and score edges about every 2 inches to avoid curling. (2) Place ham steak in skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and fry for 2-1/2 - 3 minutes on medium heat. (3) Turn. Fry for an additional 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, 140 degrees F. Keep refrigerated below 40 degrees F at all times.
