Cooking Directions: Uncooked. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Remove fillets from packaging before cooking. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Arrange on metal baking pan. 3. Bake 18-20 minutes total (Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving). Flip after 10 minutes. Keep frozen.
