Pan Fry: Crumbled (Skillet): Apply a quick, one second spray of non-stick cooking spray to skillet. Preheat over medium-high heat for 30 seconds. Add ground turkey and separate into crumbles; cook and stir 165oF as measured with a meat thermometer. Cook until turkey is well done, reaching 165 Degrees F as measured with a meat thermometer. Patties (Skillet): Season turkey as desired and shape into 1/4 pound patties, 4-inch diameter. Apply a quick, one second spray of non-stick cooking spray to skillet. Preheat over medium to medium-high heat for 20 seconds. Add patties; cook 8 to 10 minutes, turning 2 or 3 times. Cook until center is well done, reaching 165 Degrees F as measured with a meat thermometer. Keep refrigerated.
