Green Giant Cauliflower & Spinach Gnocchi with Fresh Tomato Sauce: Directions: 1. cook green giant cauliflower gnocchi according to package directions; drain well. 2. Heat: 1 tablespoon olive oil in nonstick skillet over medium heat and add 1/2 cup chopped onion. Cook 5 minutes, or until tender. Add 3 cloves sliced garlic and cook 1 minute. Add 2 cups chopped tomato and cook 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Add gnocchi to skillet and cook 2 minutes stirring frequently. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil and 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese. Keep frozen.
