Bake: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut open one end of partially thawed lobster mac & cheese and pour into a baking dish that is approximately 6 in x 6 in. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven and let it sit for 1 minute before serving. Microwave: Cut open one end of partially thawed lobster mac & cheese and pour into a microwave safe dish that is approximately 6 in x 6 in. Microwave uncovered on high for 2 ½ minutes. Stir and microwave on high for another 2 ½ minutes. Let sit for 1 minute. Stir and serve. Boil in bag: Bring pot of water to boil. Add frozen bag of lobster mac & cheese and boil for 30-35 minutes. Half way through cooking, flip bag over in pot with a pair of tongs. Remove from boiling water with tongs and let sit for 3-5 minutes. Open bag carefully and serve. Cooking instructions: For food safety and quality thaw under refrigeration. Caution: Cooking times may vary. For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer in several places. For ease of removal from the bag, partially thaw bag of lobster mac n cheese in a 1000 watt microwave on high power for 2 minutes and 45 seconds. Carefully remove the bag from the microwave (edges of the bag will be hot). Center of the product will still be frozen. Serving ideas see back panel. Lobster mac flatbread. Confetti lobster mac. Lobster mac & cheese balls. Lobster mac flatbread: For a filling lunch or shareable appetizer partially thaw Lobster Mac & Cheese, then spread on a flatread or pizza crust. Bake until thoroughly cooked (internal temp of 165 degrees F), and golden brown. Cut into handheld size slices. Serve with garlic butter dipping sauce for a burst of extra flavor. Confetti lobster mac: For an elevated & hearty side dish —combine partially thawed Shaw Lobster Mac & Cheese with your favorite vegetables, like broccoli, peppers, and red onions, then thoroughly cook (internal temp of 165 degrees F) in the oven or microwave. Serve alongside your favorite protein to complete the meal. Lobster mac & cheese balls: For a fun & uniquely decadent appetizer-partially thaw Lobster Mac & Cheese, then scoop a portion of the Lobster Mac & Cheese and roll in panko breadcrumbs to form a ball. Air Fry on a flat tray until product is thoroughly cooked to an internal temp of 165 degrees F. Keep frozen.
