Bronze die cutting creates pasta grooves that grab every drop of sauce and our slow and low drying process maximizes the texture and al dente flavor. The light amber color is the proof we got it right. Food safe. Fusilli this corkscrew-shaped pasta captures and holds onto sauce in each of its turns and curves and is best served with a thick sauce. Just two ingredients. House-Milled: Semolina flour. Traditional: Bronze die-cut. Dried: Slow & low. www.raos.com. Imported from Italy. Product of Italy.
