Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. For your protection follow these handling instructions: Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Meals in minutes: Sizzle: 30. Flip:31. Savor: 2:30. Cook time may vary. Cook in 165 degrees F. Cooks from frozen. Cooking Instructions 1 - Frozen: Pull Gary's QuickSteak from freezer (cooks directly from frozen). 2 - Sizzle: Pre-heat skillet or pan medium/high. Place Gary's QuickSteak frozen portion(s) on pan/skillet. 3 - Flip: After 30 seconds, flip Gary's QuickSteak with spatula to other side. As corned beef slices begin to separate, scramble with spatula until cooked throughout Cooked corned beef will have a consistent pink color 4 - Savor: Cook until product has reached internal temp of 165 degrees Fahrenheit (be careful not to over-cook). Keep frozen. Easy open package.
