White Meat Chicken (Chicken Never Administered Antibiotics or Animal By-Products), Rice Flour, Water, Tapioca Starch, Contains Less than 2% of the Following: Corn Starch, Sea Salt, Rice Starch, Cane Sugar, Leavening (Cream of Tartar, Sodium Bicarbonate), Raisin Juice Concentrate, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Extractives of Paprika and Turmeric, Celery Seed, Black Pepper, Breading Set in Expeller Pressed Canola Oil.

Directions

Keep frozen. Oven (Preferred): Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place frozen chicken nuggets in a single layer on a baking sheet brushed lightly with oil. Bake until hot, about 12 minutes, or to desired color and crispiness, turning nuggets over halfway through cooking time. Microwave: Place frozen chicken nuggets in a single layer on a paper towel on a microwave-safe plate. Set microwave to HIGH heat. Heat until hot, 1 - 1/2 minutes, turning nuggets over halfway through cooking time.
