Cooking Instructions 1 - Frozen: Pull Gary's QuickSteak from freezer (cooks directly from frozen). 2 - Sizzle: Pre-heat skillet or pan medium/high. Place Gary's QuickSteak frozen portion(s) on pan/skillet. 3 - Flip: After 30 seconds, flip Gary's QuickSteak with spatula to other side. As corned beef slices begin to separate, scramble with spatula until cooked throughout Cooked corned beef will have a consistent pink color 4 - Savor: Cook until product has reached internal temp of 165 degrees Fahrenheit (be careful not to over-cook). Keep frozen.
