Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Iron Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Wheat Flour, Sugar, Buttermilk Powder, Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Baking Soda, Cornstarch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Untreated Sea Salt, Baking Soda.

Directions
Baking Instructions: Makes 8 scones. From your pantry you will need. 3/4 cup cold water. 1 1/2 sticks (12 Tbsp.) unsalted butter, cold and cut into small pieces. Directions: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Put dry mix into large mixing bowl. Add butter and cut in with pastry blender or hands until it resembles coarse crumbs. Add cold water and mix lightly, just until mixture holds together in a ball. Do not overwork dough. Gently turn dough onto a well-floured work surface. Knead gently until it holds together. Form dough into 8 inch round that is 1/2 inch apart. Bake until lightly browned, approximately 10-12 minutes.
