Our version of the traditional Thai Tom Kha Phak soup features organic sweet potatoes, tender shiitake mushrooms and firm, housemade tofu in a sweet coconut milk base. Amy's chefs use tangy lemongrass and kaffir lime leaf with just enough mild spices to bring big flavor to this satisfying vegan soup. Each serving contains plenty of plant based protein and fiber and makes for a hearty meal when served over rice or another grain.
