Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Tenderloins.

Wash work surfaces (including cutting boards) utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.

Directions

SKILLET: Preheat lightly oiled pan to medium-high. Brown chicken 1 minute per side. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook covered turning occasionally 4-7 minutes until internal temperature reaches 170F. GRILL OR BROIL: Lightly brush with oil and season. Grill or broil 6-8 inches from heat source 5-10 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 170F turning once. If bars on grill are widely spaced place tenderloins on lightly oiled aluminum foil over medium-hot coals; poke holes in foil. Grill as above.
