In a medium saucepan, bring 1-1/2 cups of water, 1 tablespoon of Osem Consomme (optional) and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to a boil. Add contents of bag (1-1/2 cups of Couscous). Remove from heat, stir well and cover saucepan. Let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff cooked Couscous with a fork. Season to taste. Add a tablespoon of olive oil (optional) and let stand uncovered for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with your favorite vegetables, meat, chicken or fish. For added flavor, in a separate pan, saute an onion in olive oil and add to cooked Couscous before serving. Microwave: In a large microwave bowl combine 1-1/2 cups of boiling water, 1 tablespoon of Osem Consomme (optional) and 2 tablespoons of olive oil with the contents of bag (1-1/2 cups of Couscous). Stir well, cover and microwave for 3 minutes. Fluff cooked Couscous with a fork. Season to taste. Add a tablespoon of olive oil (optional) and let stand uncovered for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with your favorite vegetables, meat, chicken or fish. For added flavor, in a separate pan, saute an onion in olive oil and add to cooked Couscous before serving.
