Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Yellow Corn Flour, Salt, Soy Flour, Whey (Milk), Spices and Coloring, Sodium Bicarbonate, Natural Flavor, Egg.

Directions

Deep Frying or Pan Frying: 1. Preheat oil in deep fryer to 350 degrees F - or - 1/4 inch oil in skillet to medium-high. 2. Moisten chicken with water or milk. Shake off excess. 3. Coat with Seasoned Frying Mix by shaking together in plastic bag or rolling in Seasoned Frying Mix on a plate. (1/2 cup Seasoned Frying Mix per pound of food). 4. Deep fry 15-20 minutes; pan fry 20-25 minutes or until cooked through. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Moisten chicken with water. Shake off excess. 3. Coat with Seasoned Frying Mix by shaking together in plastic bag or rolling in Seasoned Frying Mix on a plate. 4. Spray chicken lightly with oil. 5. Bake 35-40 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Yield: 2 pounds of breading mix coats approximately 80 pieces of chicken.
