We’ve been sprouting our wheat berries since Day 1—waking up every grain of wheat to make our bread delicious and deeply nourishing. We’re also 100% employee-owned—creating a pillar of community by making our co-workers into our co-owners. Products made with Sprouted Wheat, a 100% whole wheat berry that has been soaked and allowed to grow into a living sprout, are beneficial because the vitamins and nutrients from the wheat are more readily assimilated by the body. The sprouting process naturally converts starchy grains into easily digested maltose and other complex sugars. Our Sprouted Wheat recipes give our customers whole wheat in its most nutritious form.
