Our winemaking team started with a base of Cabernet Sauvignon and then bolstered the blend with Petite Sirah and Grenache. An opaque fuchsia core and a crimson laced rim introduces 2023 Sign of the Times. Pleasing aromatics with notes of black plum, black currant and dark chocolate abound. The palate is plush with blue fruits, cassis, licorice and sweet oak. Supple tannins keep the wine approachable in its youth while the balancing acidity gives it some aging potential.
