Thawing Instructions: Remove fillets from vacuum wrap, place on plate and cover with plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator for 8-10 hours before use. For quick thaw - place vacuum packed fillets under cold running water until thawed. Proceed with desired cooking method. Once thawed - do not re-freeze. Cooking Instructions: Bake: Preheat oven to 425 F. Place fillets in a lightly-oiled shallow baking dish. Season with salt, pepper, and butter or margarine. Bake 6-10 minutes per inch thickness of fillet or until fish is white and flakes easily with fork. Broil: Preheat broiler. If desired, season fish with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Place pan containing fish 4-5 inches from heat and broil 6-10 minutes per inch thickness of fillet, or until fish is white and easily with fork. Pan Fry: Fry a single layer of fillets in a skillet with hot oil 350 F until golden brown or until fish flakes with fork. Drain on paper towels and serve. Fish must be cooked thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees C) before consumption. Keep frozen. Do not refreeze.
