Cooking Instructions: Cooking times are approximate and appliances may vary. Conventional Oven: 1. Remove outer packaging before cooking. 2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 3. Place pork in a shallow baking pan (If cooking 2 tenderloins space 2-3 inches apart and roast uncovered for 35 minutes). 4. Roast for 30 - 35 minutes uncovered until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F (thickest part) or juices run clear. 5. Remove from oven/pan and let rest for 3 minutes before slicing. Keep refrigerated.
