Refrigerate leftovers immediately. How to cook your Brooklyn Burger: Put your frozen patty on a preheated grill (325 degrees - 350 degrees F) or pan (medium to high heat). Cook on one side until golden brown and slightly charred for approximately 3-4 minutes (for medium to medium rare) or 4-6 minutes (for well done), flip over and cook on second side for the same time. To keep burgers juicy, do not press during cooking. Make sure it reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees F. Serve on a bun or eat like a steak. Keep frozen.
