This McCormick® Grill Mates® Marinade Mix offers the ultimate in flavor choices. For Italian Herb marinade, add balsamic vinegar; for Sweet & Tangy marinade, add yellow mustard (we recommend French’s®) and honey; for Citrus Herb marinade, add orange juice. Marinate 2 lbs. poultry for 30 minutes then grill for a chicken dinner with winning flavor. SALT, SPICES AND HERBS (INCLUDING ROSEMARY, THYME), GARLIC, ONION, SUGAR, YEAST EXTRACT, XANTHAN GUM (THICKENER) & CITRIC ACID.

Directions

Flame & Flavor, Your Way Italian Herb Just Add 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 1/4 cup oil, & 1/4 cup water Sweet & Tangy Just Add 1/3 Cup French's Classic Yellow Mustard, 1/3 cup water & 1/4 cup honey Citrus Herb Just Add 2/3 cup orange juice & 2 TBSP. Oil 1. Whisk Marinade Mix and marinade ingredients in bowl. Reserve 3 tbsp. marinade for basting. Place meat in resealable plastic bag. Add remaining marinade; turn to coat. 2. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. 3. Grill until cooked through, basting with reserved marinade during last few minutes of coking. TO MARINATE 2 POUNDS CHICKEN
