Directions

Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Thawing Instructions: Remove fillets from vacuum wrap, place on plate and cover with plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator for 8-10 hours before use. For quick thaw - place vacuum packed fillets under cold running water until thawed. Proceed with desired cooking method. Once thawed, do not re-freeze. Cooking Instructions: Fish must be cooked thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees C) before consumption. Keep frozen at 0 degrees F (-18 degrees C) or below. Do not refreeze.
