Directions: Important: Use before brushing. Shake well before use. Adults and Children 12 or Older: Rinse with 20 ml (2/3 ounce) for at least 30 seconds prior to brushing. Then spit out excess. Follow with 2 minutes of brushing with a soft bristle toothbrush and toothpaste. Best results when used as part of a daily oral care regimen that includes brushing, flossing and an effective mouth rinse.
